Our appetizers are made with fresh vegetables that reach maturity in the field. The collection takes place with traditional systems in order to select the product already in the initial phase. The cleaning operations are carried out by hand and the same occurs for the subsequent cutting phases. The product is made according to the best working practices as only an expert cook could do.
